BARCA DEALT BLOW

Barcelona have been dealt a major blow ahead of the crucial Champions League quarter-final against Atletico Madrid with the news that defender Gerard Pique could miss up to 4 weeks of action after suffering a fractured hip.

He is one of the important players at the club and it only grew after the absence of Carlos Puyol who will now leave the club at the end of the season. Pique had been playing along with Javier Mascherano, who is midfielder by trade, in order to solve the defensive crisis at the club.
